0 ETV Changing after Ordering

So I just looked at the report of my orders for the first time and noticed that most of the items that I've ordered that had a 0 ETV now have dollar amounts. I did a search and see that this has been going on but didn't find any helpful answers on what to do about it. It's not just one or two it's like 30 products. And no of course I didn't screenshot or take any kind of proof. Has anyone had luck getting Amazon to change this? A couple weeks ago I had just over $100 in ETV and now I have $600 with only a handful more orders so something happened to update a bunch of products.

I've only ordered things that I need and I'm willing to pay tax on or things that are 0 ETV if they're interesting. I certainly don't want the overhead of going through every line item or paying my accountant to just to know if I'm paying the right amount of tax. It's feeling like 0 ETV is a scam.

I'm really hoping someone has had luck with vine customer service. I haven't contacted them yet cuz I don't quite know what to say since I don't have proof. Hoping for your help!
