How to improve my reading, writing?

I get 8.0-8.5 on listening , 6.5-7.0 on reading (I need 8.0+), speaking 6.5-7.0 and writing 5.5-6.0 ( I need 6.5+. I need 7.5 total, but on today's simulation I got 7.0 total, which is not bad. Butt not enough.
