Which indian sunscreen is truly a sunscreen?

Lately I have noticed a lot of people are saying that the sunscreens from more affordable indian brands like dot and key, aqualogica, minimalist, foxtale and all are actually not truly sunscreen and don't provide proper protection against sun. This can be quiet inconvenient as we know a lot of products (like retinol) require good protection against sun while in use.

Can anyone recommend a good lab tested affordable sunscreen?
