Question for NO voters

So I can see that this deal from Wes obviously doesn’t address certain issues, with the key factor being FPR. But such a big issue is doctors in unemployment and going abroad to work. Is that because of pay or because the jobs aren’t available?

Those that are in Australia/NZ now, may be getting paid double, but if they had a job offered to them in this country would they stay?

Most IMGs do not specifically need to be in the UK to work, and are only here for the training experience in the NHS. However, many UKMGs do need to be here due to family, relationships etc.

Though FPR is great long term, if UK graduates can’t get over the first hurdle of getting a job, which is getting harder year on year, what’s the point?
