Shuttle services (bookaway) from San Jose - are airport nearby hostels included?

Hello,
I want to order a shuttle bus from San Jose to San Theresa, and I read on their page:
pickup "San Jose - Any hotel". I tried to contact them but got no answer so far - the hostels nearby airport are not technically San Jose located (eg its Alajuela). Do shuttle services also come there?
