Shipping - Canada

Hi! I ordered during the black Friday sale and my order was shipped right away, but the tracking hasn't been updated since Nov 30.. Is this normal? I tried contacting them but they said to contact them if the order has not arrived by Dec 15 to issue a refund.

But why? 😅 I want my order not the refund.. Anyone facing a similar issue with the shipments?
