Cognizant Gen C Interview Experience (Off-Campus) – Dec 12 | LOI Chances?

Hey guys,
I completed my Cognizant off-campus interview for the Gen C role on 12th December, and I wanted to share my experience and get some insights from people who’ve already gone through this process.

Interview summary:

• Total questions asked: around 17–18
• I answered about 14–15, mostly 14 correctly
• He gave me 2 coding questions, and I was able to solve both

Technical topics covered:

• MongoDB basics
• REST APIs
• Difference between PUT and PATCH
• Java Multithreading (threads-related concepts in detail)
• OOPs concepts (all pillars)

Not asked:

• SQL
• Project explanation

The interviewer directly went through my resume and focused mainly on core technical concepts.

HR-related questions asked:

• Can you join within one week?
• Are you willing to relocate to any Pan India location?
• Are you okay with 24×7 shifts?

After that, the interview concluded.

Now I’m waiting for the next update and wanted to ask:

• Based on this kind of interview, what are the chances of getting an LOI?
• How many days does Superset usually take to update the status like Numofoffers?
