Ticova chair lumbar mod

Hey, I just bought the Ticova and there are some things I don't really like but I'm considering to keep it anyway if I can get a way to modify the lumbar so its not as hard. The plastic digs into my bones and its really uncomfortable actually. I've putting a cloth or something but it doesn't really solve it. Is there a mod known for this or any tip?
