Pretty sure I already know the answer to this question, but since I’m only in my second week figured I’d ask anyways. I run deliveries during the graveyard hours and had my first really bad delivery tonight. Chat made it pretty damn clear all they cared about was a delivery and didn’t give two shits about whether I was safe doing it! Telling me to do dumb shit like knock on random doors in the middle of the night and making it out like there was nothing that could be done to cancel and I had to make the delivery! They can kick fuckin rocks next time, this is just side money I’ll take my ass home and chow down on the free Taco Bell at my own house where it’s nice and safe and warm and they can all kiss my ass. I really feel sorry for the people have no choice but to put up with this bull shit!

I feel like they probably knew the picture at the mail box wouldn’t work forcing me to go to a door where I was then chased by a dog in the middle of the night! Tried calling the safety teams number to report them pressuring me to continue the delivery but they just doubled down on being happy I made the delivery and clearly not giving a shit about the actually dashers! Assuming there is no number to call and report this to that would actually care enough to do anything about it?

Safety doesn’t matter as long as you make the delivery??
