Training for other therapists?

I recently graduated as a psychologist and during my studies (since 2020 when it all started out) Ive been following the youtube channel trying to learn from it. I always found Dr. K's framework of practise incredibly interesting and motivating and I personally believe he is in the absolute S-tier of mental health practitioners. Naturally I wanna learn from this since im sort of a newbie with mostly just academic/university training. I was wondering if HG had any ressources for other therapists? I know at some point they recruited coaches, and I imagine they went through a training program?
