Need help on labor law.

Information

Few of my friends work at one of the globally renowned restaurant chain in qatar. But there are few questionable and immoral rules that they have.

  1. They deduct 1% of every sale from the waiter/waitress in anticipation of tips from the customer. eg. If you had a bill of QAR 500 and did not tip, the waiter/waitress have pay QR 5 in cash from their already very low salary.

  2. The company is not providing health insurance and are very strict on sick leaves.

  3. There are few other issues like no home appliances in their company accommodation, not providing NOC for company change, etc.

I just want to know if these rules are legal according to qatar labor law?
