My PC isn’t starting up

I had this pc for over a year now and suddenly, it stopped working like from yesterday when i start it up, red and blue lights blink and then white lights from the motherboard lights up which starts to boot, i get the blinking cursor but i don’t get the Windows logo and the loading icon doesn’t appear on my monitor. and no way to open up bios i did get it to work last night for one time, but through that, i can’t open certain applications like Windows Explorer, Discord, and whenever it does load, it then shows not responding can anyone help me here….
