Quirk: Petal Flow

Description: the user can control any flower petals, although it works best with cherry blossoms, like controls his feathers. The user can control each petal individually and can use them to form things like tornadoes or weapons, preferably the katana. They can feel flower petals within a 10 mile radius and summon them. If there are no flower petals around, the user can force trees, and other plants into a flowering state, they then summons those petals. It works with dried petals as well, but they are less sharp, if using a weapon and less strong and precise.

Drawbacks: The user has terrible allergies to pollen grass, the petals they use are Brittle and can only be used for so long. Quirk exhaustion results in the petals they are using completely withering, and the more that , the longer the user will pass out for.
