Genetic counselling in Siena

Hii guys... Im an international applicant from India and am trying to apply for masters in genetic counseling in uni siena... Apparently the uni site says that it's a restricted course and I have to clear Tolc - I to apply for the year 2026-27.. when I did some research about Tolc I read that it has been restructured into CenT and in the uni site it's says more information will be provided for the next year's admission but nothing yet as of now.. could someone help me with understanding the admission process for an international student in uni siena... Would appreciate it a lot :)
