Wanna borrow against a moped title for a business venture

Already got retail deals lined up, just need some capital to make an arrangement into a cash-in-hand deal! I have a moped title I own free and clear that I can out up as collateral - asking $450 for 4 months, to be repaid at a rate of 133.34% ($600).
