New KVM, my monitor with DP flickers

So I've both a KVM to be able to switch between my laptop and my desktop without having to be constantly switching cables and have the risk of the ports/cables getting damaged because of how often I do it.

It was all running well but after 2-3 days my LG monitor started to flicker and even turn black for a second or two.

My monitor is the LG MP59G, the KVM is the KCEVE KC8202DH. This happens on both the laptop and the desktop. The cables are all basically all new, except for 1. This doesn't happen on the HDMI monitor.

For this to stop happening I usually have to take the cable out and plug it in again.

I've tried disabling GPU Scaling as I saw in a reddit post that it might help but no difference.
