Need some tips on executor depth 5

Hey all, I've been playing a lot of executor in depth 4 and 5 for a few weeks now. I've reached the point where I can consistently parry everything while maintaining dps (using the sprint cancel parry).

However I still struggle in a few scenarios. The worst one is reviving 3 bar teammates, I usually get them down to 1 and a half bars and then ult to revive but more often than not I immediately get cooked during my ult. Or legit against any red enemy I don't have enough time to ult and immediately do the finisher attack before getting obliterated. It's so risky that nowadays I use my ult as an extra flask and immediately detransform.

I want some advice about how I can make the ult work in d5, and any build recommendations for him aside from the gaol + night invader. Any other tips about executor are also appreciated.
