What happened at the Boxcar building tonight ?

Main Street closed in both directions at Main Street and Prior since 1:30am or so and 7+ fire trucks and an ambulance all around the building. Initially saw some smoke but it then dissipated but saw the fire fighters pouring water for over an hour.

Anyone know what happened?
