My Black Moor named Nirvana has dropsy. I've never had a fish with dropsy before. It started about a week and a half ago. She sits at the bottom rolling from side to side and also on her head with her tail floating upwards on the bottom. Every so often she swims up and around for about a minute. She can't eat as she can't open her mouth due to all the swelling around her gills and head. She's bloated and her scales are badly pine coned too. I started giving her melafix about 5 days ago and started Epsom salts today ( 2 tablespoons in 80litres.) the parameters seem to be normal. What else can I do and is it too late for her to improve? Amy suggestions?

I also made a mistake and for the last few days was using sea salt until I found out that it makes dropsy worse and it has to be Epsom salt. So I'm hoping I didn't make a fatal mistake and I did a 50% water change today and put in some Epsom.
