Do you get weird dreams on Sertraline?

Is it normal to get weird dreams on sertraline? i’ve been having dreams with gore- and i am afraid of that stuff. i wake up and get scared, to the point where i want to quit taking my meds. the dreams feel so realistic and scary. also, im not able to sleep!! currently 6am, and i’ll normally sleep till 10-11am- then have to find a way to function through work. what do i do? (i only take 50mg)
