Had very emo moment today

So today I went to some community event with few of my friends and as soon as I entered I got bumped into my ex’s elder sister and her husband and demnnn the warmth in my back just started. I was so close to them before my breakup. We broke up on very bad note and demnn can I can’t even tell how that increase in heartbeat, warm slip on my back has felt, I thought I was over her but not yet I believe, still something is there which is eating me from inside.

And now the whole roller coaster ride has started again after 6 months, when I was feeling little bit relaxed,
