cant quit quest

i started playing the veiled blades side quest and got up to the part where u need to follow the kid before my dumbass realised i was doing the wrong quest. i keep trying to quit it so i can do the one i wanted to do but every time i press the restart button on the quest page it just takes me back to the start of that specific section. it wont let me access my map either so i cant fast travel away. and i cant even finish the mission to bc idk how ur supposed to follow him without getting spotted by the guards 😐 so rn im stuck in an endless loop of “uNcle Xu Does mY mOM lOok OK TodAy?” and its driving me insane. can anyone help?
