No Signal in 4K Capture Utility - 4KX

Recently bought a 4K monitor and the Elgato Game Capture 4KX. Mostly gonna be using it for PS5 and Switch 2.

Having a weird issue where my PC is seeing that the capture card exists but isn't getting any video or audio signal from it. (See below image) It's displaying fine on my other monitor (Alienware AW3225QF)

I'm pretty much at a loss here, I've restarted my PC, updated my Nvidia drivers, reinstalled 4K Capture Utility

4K Capture Utility is on the most recent update and the USB-C Cable is in a 3.2 Gen 2 port
