How in the world are stela spawns not fixed yet

the very first map they add after the release is broken in pretty much any way you can think of and it's still not fixed, people spawning right in front of each other and dying in the loading screen, people spawning on the same spawn 10 seconds apart, 5 people spawning in a small room, can it actually get some work at last so the map is as good as the rest?
