Aula F75 - What should I know?

Help

I'm about to pick one of these up as my first "good" keyboard.

Here is my use case and wants:

-Customizable, my current keyboard is soldered and proprietary, and key caps are also non standard, so really can only use it stock.

-Soft/Thock/Creamy sound. I use my keyboard for gaming and extensive typing, and I want it to not be quiet per se, but nice on my ears and generally a pleasant sound. I want to stay far far away from anything clacky. Can someone also tell me what the difference between creamy and thocky is?

-Good software, please no virus, I've heard people talk about something called VIA? I'm not too sure what that is so if someone is willing to explain it would be much appreciated.

Here are my questions:

-I'm not sure what features keyboards are able to come with nowadays. I know the F75 has a knob, which is nice, but are there any other potential features that I might find I need?

-What switch should I get? As per my description above, my choices are Greywood V3, Ice Vein, and LEOBORG Reaper. Which one is the best for my taste?

-Is there anything I should know about this keyboard? Any major issues or drawbacks?

I live in a non-USA country, so if you recommend me a better keyboard, odds are it will either be no where as cheap as it may be for you, or even not ship here. I only want to buy on Amazon. I'd prefer to stay away from custom building a keyboard if possible.

Thanks for any help you can give!
