Indians who returned to India after 5+ years

What is the trick or hack that I need to know to survive India? I just came back on a vacation trip to India after years and it feels unlivable. There has to be a way to thrive in India without worrying about pollution, road discipline, unhygenic food, traffic problem, etc. - as a salaried employee.
