Does anyone knows how to fix this? (Game starts and Closes)

F1 just crashes after launch, it just starts anti cheat loads and then game just closes, sometimes it says update javelin if I'm updating it 77th time nothing changes. I even tried reinstall the game. Does anyone knows how to fix this?
