Help Understanding Gear ZTB Crest Desk.

Any premium players able to help me understand how to play this gear deck? Deck Code [31Q9S ]I see that it topped Sydney and Rosemont, but I have been playing it with my friend group with no success. I mostly play against eradicators and revengers so might just be a bad match up but I think it might be a piloting issue. What would an optimal turn look like and what is typically best first stride history or Pegasus? Also wondering how this deck does going up against loop decks, and how to best to pilot in this current meta.
