What if you could search for a spouse without ever being visible to incompatible people, and without seeing incompatible people?
How It Would Work:
Step 1: You answer 5 non-negotiable questions:
- Children: Yes/No/Unsure
- Religious practice: Very/Practicing/Somewhat
- Substance views: Against/Flexible/Accept
- Marriage timeline: Urgent to flexible
- Financial approach: Traditional/Shared/etc.
Step 2: The system uses your answers as filters:
- People who don't want children NEVER see you if you want children
- People with incompatible religious views NEVER see each other
- You only appear to people who match your requirements
- You only see people whose requirements you match
Step 3: When you do match:
- Photos are blurred initially
- Basic info only (age, city, first name)
- Contact info completely hidden
- To connect: mutual request → acceptance → gradual disclosure
The Privacy Promise:
- No public profile browsing
- No random messages from incompatible people
- No awkward rejections (incompatible people never meet)
- Photos protected until mutual interest confirmed
- Contact details only shared when both ready
So my main question: Is this solving problems you actually experience, or am I overthinking this?
