Temporary blackscreen while gaming

So I've been playing Kingdom Come Deliverance 1 and the new update on Expedition 33. both of these games froze then went blackscreen for half a minute while playing, I haven't found a way to make it consistent so I have no idea where it comes from directly.

specs:

ASUS ROG STRIX B850-A Gaming wifi motherboard

TForce Team Group DELTA 2x 16GB RAM

AMD Ryzen 9800X3D
AMD RX 9070XT (driver ver. 25.12.1)

ASUS ROG STRIX 750W gold (I expect the problem to be maybe here...?)

I'm fairly sure its not an overheat issue. And im sure its not the drivers either because they released on 3.12 and I bought KCD1 within that timeframe and the problems only happened very recently.

My PSU is 750W because its my old one (7-years old now) and I calculated the wattage to be good enough with just enough headroom, but I suspect it to be the reason.

TLDR: just want to know if these blackscreens are indeed PSU related or if its something else completely
