Receiving love

My love, I know receiving and accepting love is nothing you've had to handle.

So many faces telling you they loved but many, if not most, did not really love. You know this. You also know there were a handful who loved you genuinely.

I on the other hand, loved you like I never knew was possible. Seeing that you were receiving it, it hurt and confused me.

I know your experience with love in any manner has only equated to pain.

Love doesn't hurt baby. It heals.

But you have some things to process before you ever experience receiving a treasure. I'm not saying I'm the only one who will love you. I know there may not be a fairy tale ending in my future. I'm ok with that.

To receive, you must give.

To give, you may love yourself.

To love yourself, you must release the past.

To release all of it, it's going to take time. It's going to temporarily reopen deep wounds. You have to face things that you've desperately ran from all this time.

I told you, and I'm saying again, I will be more than willing to help you threw that. Even if it's not me in the end.

(I still love you, and that means nothing makes me m Weore happy and fulfilled than knowing you have found happiness and rest. Even after everything. I meant it when I said those 3 words, it was never lip service. If you can't understand that now, you will one day soon, if you choose that path).

If you proceed the past, you'll learn to let it go.

If you let it go, you'll feel that breath of fresh air.

You might even feel that breeze for real for the first time. You might see real colors, smell the delicacies you thought you already knew and discover the smell is even more vivid and appealing.

Letting go will help the self hatred, shaming and you'll find the guilt isn't really unforgivable.

This path will make you appreciate it all, you'll learn to love yourself simply for being brave enough to come that far. And that will only be the beginning. It will continue to blossom.

There's no short cuts unfortunately. There's no way to skip to the end part. You have a life intended for something grand. Don't rob yourself, don't let your past rob you. I'll be there if you want me to be support. No questions. No judgement. Only support. Positive support .
