Can i drive taxi on stamp 1G in ireland?

I am a non-EU citizen but with my spouse who’s a doctor and have stamp 1G. I know that my legal permissions don’t allow me to be self-employed but i was under the impression that taxi driving was an exception. I am not sure now since I am getting mixed answers on the internet. Any suggestions here? Thanks.
