Godrej Properties looted & scammed investors in Godrej Avenue 9, Gr Noida

we all know that Godrej properties is an esteemed name in real estate, at least, this is what we know through their digital media campaigns but in reality, truth is something else.

Recently Godrej launched their first commercial project in Gr Noida, having JV with Ace group. it is a around 3-3.5 Acre project with G+3 Floors.

It was told by godrej employees that company only first and second floors are for sale, Ground and third floor and godrej will keep these floors & also provide lease assistance for whole project. Now, i am getting calls from many dealers that godrej is selling the ground floor as well. if it's true then it's a fraud done by godrej with people who bought shops in 1st & 2nd floor.
