Bf6 stuttering

Have a 5080 rtx and 9800X3D. Game have been running smoothly, zero stuttering after tuesday patch. Then they release a hotfix to fix the stupid movement and stuttering and now my games suddenly have stuttering issue.

Does anyone have the same issue?
