I don’t think Saitama can be meaningfully power-scaled, and that’s the point of his character.

In One-Punch Man, Saitama broke his limiter, which the series defines as the natural ceiling on growth. Once that limiter is gone, his strength is no longer capped or bound to a fixed tier.

During the Cosmic Garou fight, the manga explicitly shows that:

Saitama’s power continuously increases, even mid-fight

A later Saitama can one-shot his earlier self

His growth is not tied to training arcs or gradual progression like typical shonen characters

That means any scale you give him (star, galaxy, multiversal, etc.) is only a temporary snapshot, not a ceiling. Even if you calculate end-of-fight Saitama vs. Cosmic Garou at a certain level, the very next day Saitama would already surpass that version effortlessly.

This is why comparing him to characters like Goku misses the point:

Goku has infinite potential, but still requires time, effort, and forms to grow.

Saitama’s growth is passive, automatic, and uncapped due to his broken limiter.

So while you can discuss individual feats, Saitama as a character is not designed to sit at a fixed tier. His role in the story is to always be stronger than whatever he faces, making traditional power-scaling ultimately incompatible with his premise.

Saitama fundamentally cannot be scaled like normal characters
