Is using business funds to cover slow months a smart move or a long-term problem?

Question

I operate a small service business that does well during busy seasons, but every year I hit a few slow months where revenue drops while bills and payroll stay the same. I've been planning, but it's tough to save enough when the busy months also require extra spending. I've been exploring ways to keep cash flow steady and came across a service connected to business funds, but I'm not sure if it's actually helpful or if it could cause more problems.

Has anyone used something like this to get through slow periods? Did it work well? Are there cheaper or free ways to plan? How did you decide if outside funds were worth the risk?
