unjustified ban

hey there i got banned for not defuse the bomb for 1 year because i had to go asap and i had 1 more teamate with me i think that he would defuse when he realize im afk was my bad for not saying to him i had to go asap but i dont wanna explain myself i wanna get the ban cause i try to explain myself few times and no one believe but its the second time i got banned for Toxicity i try to explain myself in ticket and here aswell but no one believe and its ok but why 1 year ban ? i got 1 time ban 1 month for verbal abuse second time its 1 year ?
