Is there any amateur tournaments or leagues of EU?

Hey guys,

For a little bit of context i have started a overwatch team at work. Where i and 4 autistic guys play together to have with as goal for them to learn certain social skills in environment they like ( gaming/overwatch )

It would be really nice if i can sign up this team down the road for a actual tournament or league to see how we do.

If anyone knows a website or discord where they host these stuff for rank below masters let me know!
