Looking for 1BHK or room in preoccupied 2BHK

Hi everyone, I'm looking for 1BHK or a room in preoccupied 2BHK. Recently came to bengaluru and my office stay is going to end in next 2-3 days. I don't have money to pay huge deposit or brokerages. I'm not looking for full furnished flat. Just semi furnished flat will work fine.

My budget is 8-10K only. Please help me with areas where I can find semi furnished 1bhk or 1 room in preoccupied flat. I'm okay with distance also as long as it is close to metro.

My working location is hongasandra.
