Sciatic Nerve Pain

I was diagnosed with endometriosis at 17. I’m now 23 and just had my second surgery in May where they found adenomyosis as well. Surgery unfortunately didn’t work as well as I had hoped and I have noticed that I’ve started having sharp pain in my legs, which I believe to be sciatic nerve pain. Today I woke up sick (unrelated to endo) but the pain has gotten worse with being sick. I know sickness causes inflammation which could be making things worse. Has anyone else ever experienced this? My friends and family think I’m being dramatic and I’m afraid the hospital will too:( if anyone has any remedies for the pain please let me know, thanks!
