ATM Machine “Franchising” Possibly TRUE? how?

A former colleague brought up to me about being able to “franchise” or own or idk what it is actually called. Pero possible daw. As I remember, he mentioned about 6 digits. Can’t remember exactly basta he mentioned it is possible sa bank na pinagwoworkan niya that time. It’s a local bank. Wala na siya dun now though and wala na kami contact now. Anyone na may idea about this? I’m currently looking for investment opportunities.
