Male 38, feel like getting alzheimer's but I know its not that

Physician Responded

(Trigger warning self harm allusion)
Hi,
My family MD is being honest with me where she got no idea what is going on with me. Im also in a public system where my case always get re-prioretize by some analyst that never saw me.

I had debilitating leg pain for 2 years. Had to walk with a cane.

Had 3 cortisol injection in 3 months, caudal, foraminal, and a malregia parasterica. They each made me fits worse and did not not

Had 6 month later a pudendal block where all the pain was gone for 3 hours. Had a meltdown in the parking lot of the clinic because it was so intense

Then tried taking massive amount of electrolyte. They fixed me. It was unbelievable. I cam back, I was cured.

Then started to realize I was allergic to the sun and the heat

and finally the worse part, I became slow. hard to think, mostly in the afternoon that grew into the day. I have now a hard time to fellow a conversation. my only good hours are the peak event of my vivance, can't event play a game of my with my daughter. Im still able to do the diswasher and fold clothes, the pain does not come back event by stopping the electrolyte (3 lmnt a day, stop about 2 months ago)

I also have major varicose vein that develop on my right leg, but they are less swollen since my pelvic floor release.

I spoke of may turner to my MD and says it's possible but does not explain at all my brain function. Did I just fried my soul with the salt ? Can I ask for Any possible input so I can feed that information to my MD ?

I truly believe this is not normal and an urgency, but im scared that if I got the the ER and sent back home I will drill the side of my head. Family MD does not seems to see me as an urgency, she is a ver very very chill person. Im not suicidal in a depress way, but it's unbearable and can't live like this. The noise and stimulus in a waiting room might just break me. My last visite to a cabinet a realize how worse I gotten just by being outside my home. Everything move slow, my head in a aquarium, and I was fuckign fixed post electrolyte for at least a month
