Im 18 years old, and im planning to go to Japan for a little over 2 weeks. Im thinking of visiting Tokyo, Nagoya, Kyoto And Osaka

I just need some general advice cus i've never even been on a 1 hour train ride by myself, let alone a 2 week trip in a different country. The main reason i want to do it now is cus i know that once uni starts i will have no time to travel because of how hard my degree is.

The main things i wanna know before booking the ticket: 1: What should i bring/how should i pack for a 2 week trip?

2: What are some affordable hotel options in Tokyo, Nagoya, Kyoto, Osaka?(for anyone thats been to japan)

3: Excluding the ticket price, how much money should i bring for things such as tourist attractions, food, clothes and souveniers? (Ik this varies from person to person, but whats a comfy range)?

4: Do you have any advice for me?
