Help with a 5* Side quest. It's seems to be empty!

I've come across a 5* Side quest wormhole thing. Gone through, ran around a lot and there seems to be nothing there. At all. It's 10,000 points awarded for completion, yet there seems to be no task to complete, has anyone encountered this?
