How do i use any of custom environments from Sidequest?

So, i got the dev account going, installed sidequest and got a few home environments installed.
But how do i actually "use" them? They just show up in installed list, but the only thing i can do there is uninstall them.

They don't show up in the list of the available environments either.

Just wanted to use krusty crab and fry's apartment but after installing them i have literally no idea how to actually make use of them. Clicking on them in sidequest only prompts another download.
So, how do?
Or its another one of the seemingly removed over time features?
