Where do you watch foreign movies with Tamil subtitles?

Hey all,

Not sure if this is allowed or If I'm in the right place. Sorry in advance. I live in Sweden and I'm wondering if there's a way to access foreign movies with Tamil subtitles?

I always struggle with this and I don't really know any Tamil people here to ask for help. My mom doesn't know English and it's nearly impossible to find Tamil subtitles in the streaming services here.

I have found sites with dubbed movies. But it usually doesn't sound good, and she would prefer to watch the original sounds and voices but with subtitles.

Please help. My mom really wants to watch Avatar this weekend (gonna watch the new movie next week and she's so excited) and I feel very lost how to help her with this.
