Reasonable Nocturnist workload

What do you think is a reasonable number of admissions for a nocturnist?

I have worked in places, but I had 1 to 3 admissions per night and I have also worked in places where I did over 11 admits. Overtime, I realized that there is no point breaking your back. I cap myself at 10 and give the rest to the day team.
