Stay with me, it’s gonna be just odd but I need to talk about this and what happened and what could possibly be the meaning of it or if I’m just plain going nuts.

So, we live in this older house from 1937 a I love it, I’ve never felt safer anywhere else. It’s my safe haven. 
In the basement I have my studio for crafting and working out. I spend a lot of time down there. 

This morning I woke up and spent a few hours on the treadmill. When I walk on there I always wear these tattered green sneakers that has holes in the top of them. When I was done I did what I always do. Take of the shoes and place them on the treadmill for another day. Both of them. Always. 

So anyways, thought I heard a weird noise while I was packing away my things, almost like something heavy landing on paper bags or plastic like. But I didn’t have my hearing aids on so I dismissed it and went upstairs and got some breakfast. 

Like two hours later I come down again to grab something and to tidy up some and when I do I see that there is only one shoe on the treadmill. Ok weird, it must’ve gotten pushed away or something. 

But I’ve been spending two hours now cleaning down here and the second shoe is gone. Completely. I have lift up everything and looked behind stuff and vacuumed and it’s not here. I feel like I’m loosing my mind because it was here. I wore it. I took it off and placed it on the treadmill and nobody but me has been down here. 

What is even going on? 

Something happened today that I just can’t explain and it’s freaking me out.
