BSP Interest rate cut

With the recent cut in BSP interest rate, is there a chance na bumaba na ang lending rates ng banks by January 2026? Planning to avail housing loan (currently at 6.5%) but we were thinking if we should wait a bit more if there's a chance na mas bumaba pa ang offers ng banks. Our loanable amount is due on March 2026.
