Executive coaching

Coming from a very bruising year with re-orgs, lots of stress and pressure - mixed results in my eyes (we will see at the final reviews what the company thinks)

Some feedback I got in advance of annual reviews is that my executive presence and openess to share infromation is holding me back to progress and/or my team projects.

The first one (executive presence) I can see it, feel it and I need to address it urgently - in a nutshell I am super defensive when put on the spot on agressive Q&A sessions, especially when put on the spot for the wrong reasons in my perception.

Second point (sharing) - probably internal political jostling but once the rumour starts it is hard to contain it. Plus maybe it is something I need to address too.

I have requested internal coaching and mentorship - search on-going.

What I am looking for are recomendations for books and courses (preferable in person in London or Europe) to address the above points.

Specifically around:

• Executive Presence and communication

• Gravitas and awareness at executive level

• Executive level inclusiveness and development of trust

If it maters, tech sector, international company, C level interactions, x00M-xB deals
